Responsible behavior of all company employees is an integral part of our business and key factor of success.
The perception of responsible behavior across nationalities, cultures, genders or generations can vary. That´s why we prepared and implemented this Code of Conduct. It´s guide and tool for all employees of our company how to behave responsibly and correctly in various life situations in everyday life.
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in damage to employees, business partners and our company as an employer or supplier. In all cases, the most painful is certainly loss of reputation and goodwill, among other possible consequences. It is for this reason that we have this Code of Conduct, the knowledge and compliance of which we require from all employees. We do not tolerate violations.
